When will my order ship? 
All orders ship within 1-2 business days from the date of your order confirmation. All orders received before 12pm EST will be processed same day; any orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed Friday after 12pm EST will ship the following Monday.
 
How do I track my order?
Please reference your order confirmation email with attached invoice for tracking information. If you have not received an order confirmation email please contact customercare@amandamariafashion.com with your order number, billing last name, and email address or postal/zip code.
Do you ship outside of Canada? 
Yes we ship outside Canada! International orders are delivered within 2-5 days, unless your delivery location is considered "remote". Remote shipments can take up to 11 days.  All duties and taxes that may be incurred during shipment are the responsibility of the receiver.
 
Returns & Exchanges 
 
What is your policy? 
All orders must be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Returned items must be in the exact same condition as they were received. At this time, we do not accept exchanges, only returns with refund. Items indicated as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, exchange or merchandise credit. Items on sale over 15% are not eligible for return or refund.
How do I return an Item? 
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us at customercare@amandamariafashion.com with your return request and reason for return. Securely repackage your item and bring it to your nearest post office and ship it back to us at Amanda Maria. The return shipping address is on your original shipping label and enclosed invoice. If you have misplaced your invoice please email: customercare@amandamariafashion.com for return shipment address. We are happy to assist you on the return.
 
Refunds are available for all full-priced items. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund, any received thereafter may be denied. Items must be returned in their original condition including tags and sanitary labels. Once Amanda Maria has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued. Amanda Maria reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Amanda Maria will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items. Your return parcel must be post stamped within 14 days of you receiving the order.   Any duties or fees incurred during your return shipment across borders are the responsibility of the sender. Duties will be deducted from your refund amount.

What does your Final Sale mean?
Items indicated as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, exchange or merchandise credit. This applies to all purchases made on amandamariafashion.com
Any products purchased during a promotional sale event indicated as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange or merchandise credit. Any purchases made using a promo code indicated as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange or merchandise credit. Sale offers cannot be combined with other promotions.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes! We love to add retail partners to the Amanda Maria family! if you are interested in becoming an Amanda Maria retail partner please email sales@amandamariafashion.com for more information regarding our collections.
 
What if my Item is damaged?
We're so sorry to hear your order arrived in less than perfect condition! In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit. 

Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. All damages should be reported to customercare@amandamariafashion.com be sure to include your order number. We will contact you with next steps.
What is a Pre-Order?
We’re happy to be able to offer the option to pre-order on select new styles and collections that are not yet available to ship. This ensures you can purchase your Amanda Maria piece in your size without risking it selling out before it hits the market. The estimated shipping date will be indicated on the product description page. Pre-order products are susceptible to unforeseen processing delays, so we unfortunately cannot guarantee dates for these items. Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. The process is the same as buying something in stock. You’ll get an email from our customer service team if there are any issues with your order.
